When you do not know the cause of spiritual suffering, ask God for the answer, because from clarity about the problem that afflicts you, that is the first step to improve. Work for what you want. Do everything in your power to heal or correct an unpleasant situation in your life; then put yourself in the hands of God, accept with peace what is inevitable: Leave the past behind. Forgiveness heals old wounds in your soul, it will help you accept yourself and life as they are, it reconciles you with God and others, and it will free your body from the damage caused by anguish.
