Novena to free yourself from a bad mood

We are going to dedicate this novena to trying to heal those things that we carry inside that make us get too angry or lose our calm and joy. When you mature and heal from within, you are able to face everything that happens to you without losing your good humor. Each day of this novena we receive help to overcome those weaknesses and inner disturbances that lead us to be in a bad mood. In this way, we can use our strength to solve things and live better.
